SHOCKWAVES


Shockwaves is an acoustic wave, which carries high-energy intensity, able to a pressure wave in biological tissues. The effects of passing these waves in the myoskeletal tissues creates the mechanical destruction of the inorganic aggregates (calcification), analgesia (the release of endorphin resulting in a higher tolerance for pain) and vascularization. Recommended for: rotator cuff all tendinopathies and the calcifications, Epicondylitis and lateral Epicondyle, inflammation of the Trochanteric, Patellar Tendinitis, Achillodynia, Plantar Fasciitis (with or without heel spurs), Morton's neuroma, Periostitis.
Contraindication: Neoplasms, Osteoporosis, Epilepsy, treatments using cortisone, Pregnancy, people with pacemakers, Thrombophlebitis
